Es-tu prêt à relever le défi ?We are looking for our future co-worker who will be responsible for developing a group internal communications strategy, managing our knowledge communities and developing smart projects to nurture a collaborative mindset in the company.

In your everyday job, you support the Top Management team, produce content, and act to address the following:

Internal Communications
- Define & implement Devoteam's internal communications strategy and plan
- Create engaging and effective materials that help bring our strategy to life
- Write inspirational communications that build understanding with several audience groups across all our geographies in EMEA.
- Create toolkits to support leaders communicate effectively in all situations.
- Review and monitor the effectiveness of all Devoteam's internal communications
- Help ensure effective communications globally, in coordination with marketing communications counterparts regionally

Internal Community management
- Generate and contribute to conversations on internal social media channels
- Respond to comments posted on internal social media in order to add value to the user's experience and support a culture of collaboration
- Educate stakeholders and associates on key social media tools and how to use them effectively
- Create and put in place an effective process to collect and highlight our client success stories
- Define and follow up KPIs to measure engagement and knowledge sharing

Change communications
- Contribute to the content and development of Workplace by Facebook
- Support Colleague Engagement activity across Devoteam, with the focus on ongoing listening and action planning
- Accompany deployment of the group (training sessions, internal events, use cases)


Profil recherché
Profil recherché : You have a Master degree in Communications and at least 5 years of internal communications experience, preferably in the B2B IT Service.

You master Workplace by Facebook and GSuite and you have an excellent writing and editing skills in English and French; a persuasive communicator to internal audiences

You have strong communication and presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to influence and persuade at senior levels internally.

Moreover, you are able to act as an adviser to colleagues, and able to build relationships at all levels, through all countries

You are organized and able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
