As International Sales Manager Sustainability & Energy Management, you will be a part of our International Sales Team which is not only the leading sales organization within our global market place but also one of the fastest growing, innovative and dynamic teams within the Schneider Electric Group.


In this position your missions will be the following:



    • Drive new business for Schneider Energy & Sustainability Services  
    • Sell Sustainability consultancy offers and Active Energy management solutions
    • Deliver against revenue targets in line with overall growth plan



And your activities will be:



    • Build internal network and collaborate with account management teams to sell into existing client base
    • Develop and manage bespoke solutions for customers to improve sustainability performance
    • Adhere to the sales process through creative solutions, specialised knowledge
    • Strategic project management including the support of key deliveries to maintain the client relationship and identify further sales opportunities
    • Pursuing commercial opportunities and identifying growth areas which deliver value and strengthen the bond between consultant and client


Profil recherché
Profil recherché : • Bachelors degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Science or Business
    • At least 3 to 6 years experience
    • Strategic individual with exceptional commercial acumen and specialist knowledge of sustainability initiatives within a corporate context.
    • Track record of working with and influencing senior stakeholders in client organisations
    • Significant experience consulting on corporate sustainability issues in a commercial environment, with a strong knowledge of regulations, reporting and industry drivers
    • Second European language desirable
    • Specialist subject matter expertise in sustainability and in particular climate change.
    • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to communicate all facets of sustainability
    • Appreciated expertise on energy markets and cleantech solutions
