MAIN MISSIONS
 
In direct report to the Group Strategic Insights Director in Suresnes, within a 20-person team around the world, the Europe and global brand strategic insight director is in charge of :
 
* All local business and consumer insights for Europe, managing a team of 4 consumer insight managers based in key countries (Portugal, France and Germany)
* Lead the learning agenda of countries (ad hoc + panel)
* Animate & support the team, prioritizing and consolidating zone learnings in a bottom up mindset
* Create synergies inside the zone
* Cascade insights, guidelines and info from global
* When needed, manage directly strategic researches

* Global brand strategic insights (Kiri mainly)
* Lead the learning agenda of the brand at a global level (worldwide scope)
* Be the business & strategic partner of global marketing
* Launch relevant researches with the support of involved local SI teams

* Contributing to the SI global team life and mission
* Lead transversal project (ex : trends, worldwide pitch tracking, plant based roadmap, gen Z knowledge, social listening roadmap ….)

 
PROFILE/SKILLS
 
* Education & Experience:

- Minimum 12 years of experience and expertise in consumer research ad hoc and panel
- Global experience needed (vs only local/country)
