In charge to deploy the Group H&S policies, guidelines and roadmap within his platform with the local H&S managers and platform management to ensure that safety and health risk management issues are properly addressed at platform level and throughout the organization as a whole. Acts as a coach & coordinator across its platform to ensure the proper progress of projects, shares the best practices & standards and eases collaboration. 
Position based in one of our plant in France (West), his/her main missions are :
-  Exercise the role of TECHNICAL ADVISOR for the platform trough analysis of common risks raised within same technology. Define H&S procedures specific for platform hazards. Is also the REFERENT/EXPERT for the group for a specific technical matter.
-  Is  the H&S STANDARDS CUSTODIAN or referent for the platform where he make sure that they are updated and relevant all times for the platform stakes & support them to deploy it when relevant
-  Acts as an OBSERVOR & AUDITOR for the platform. Have also the ability to assess the organization at the sites (skills, leadership, culture,….) and propose action plans.
-  Is the H&S PERFORMANCE AND DATA ANALYST, of the platform reviewing trends and focus areas for improvement. keeping platform records updated and shared
-  Ensures that  INCIDENT INVESTIGATION inside platform is done with good quality and within the deadlines
-  He/She COACH AND TRAIN the platform central management organization and the safety network, supporting them on fulfilling their role on safety.
-  Is a FACILITATOR, by unblocking situations and engaging people in H&S improvement and awareness activities.
-  Helps on H&S ROADMAP DEPLOYMENT, corrective action plans follow up and engineering projects management at the platform level including Security.
-  Coordinates GROUP TRANSVERSAL SAFETY PROJECTS between sites and inside the platform
-  Ensures H&S AND SECURITY INTEGRATION of greenfield sites and recently acquired businesses inside platforms.
-  Inspiring and help deploy a SAFETY CULTURE within the platform & create the conditions to succeed 


Profil recherché
Profil recherché : - Recognized training certificate or Diploma on H&S
- Good knowledge of H&S legislation
- 10 to 15 years of experience on H&S management and experience of implementation of industrial safety programs in a multinational context
- English knowledge as a foreign language is mandatory. Speaking French is a plus
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent business presentation skills (inspiring and charismatic)
- Good Computer literacy
- Good negotiation skills
- Knowledge on OHSAS/ISO45001 management
- Availability and motivation to be an internal trainer on H&S subjects
- Very good safety Leadership skills
- Impact and Influence and the ability to champion changes
- Ability to coordinate a team/a network at distance
- Assertive, Perseverant, Patient, Empathetic & Pedagogue
- Disciplined/well organized and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm in high stress situations or under pressure
- Analytical logical and problem solving skills is a must

Niveau d'étude : Bac + 5 et plus : DEA, DESS, mastère, MBA...
Expérience : Plus de 10 ans d'expérience
