We currently have an opportunity as a: RS Services POS Senior Analyst

Mission :

As RS Services POS Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processes, procedures, and data quality review for POS (Point-of-Sale) data in Europe for the Toys industry. You will focus on identifying and resolving all data quality issues related to methodology.

You will contribute to supporting our commercial and RBG teams across the Toys industry.

Accountabilities (list of generic responsibilities – not objectives)

Oversee the management of NPD’s methodologies on POS data services

- In charge of managing the maintenance and development of the POS data methodology to ensure the methodology reflects the most accurate representation of the industry size and trends
- Stay abreast of the POS changes/maintenance required on the different production cycles
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the set-up in production.
- Maintain all documentation on methodologies, processes and procedures to ensure a reference log of decisions made

Ensure that solutions are sound and aligned with our clients’ needs to provide valued market

- Take in charge Toys POS Sample Upgrades and ensure they are sound with objectives
- Provide insights and make value-added contributions towards the improvement of methodologies and processes

Actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of statistical methods, you propose solutions to potential issues identified in data.

- Promote consistency in implementation of designed enhancements across different businesses
- Partner with Client Development, Retail Business Group, Panel, and Operations teams to achieve goal.

Provide guidance and support to the commercial teams and external clients to ensure the best use of the data delivered

Profil recherché
Profil recherché : Pre - requisites:

Education > or = Minimum of a BA/BS degree, preferably in social sciences, market research, statistics or equivalent. Master’s Degree in Statistics and Mathematics preferred

Experience (Years – Area): 2+ years of experience in Market Research
