Opex Digital is seeking a Product Marketing Intern to create a full-fledged Marketing Strategy.
Namely, the Product Team is aiming to sharply increase user engagement, customer satisfaction and, in turn, drive significant adoption of our platform into day-to-day manufacturing operations.
This role places you directly alongside the MDH Product Manager as a key contributor to this ambitious growth strategy, working in close collaboration with all major stakeholders: product team, business sponsors, digital ambassadors, field users, IT teams, and more.
Reporting to the Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Digital Marketing
- Analyze user behavior and engagement to drive the adoption strategy:
- Monitor and improve measurement of user adoption, engagement, and activity
 
- Enhance user feedback collection (forms, comments, etc.)
 
- Improve analysis to understand user behavior: RFM, churn, etc.
 
- Propose actions to boost adoption and user satisfaction
 
 
- Conduct Segmentation & Persona Mapping to target marketing Strategy
- Identify key user groups: operators, supervisors, plant managers, etc.
 
- Tailor messaging and value propositions per persona
 
 
- Drive Evangelism & Leadership Buy-In
- Gather & promote executive endorsements and success stories from key users
 
- Federate a site-level “MDH Champions” network to promote adoption locally
 
- Use gamification to drive user engagement
 
 
- Enable natural user Onboarding & Training journeys
- Design interactive onboarding flows in the apps (tooltips, walkthroughs).
 
- Set up live webinars and Q&A sessions with product owners and users.
 
- Design site-specific training packs for local deployment teams.
 
 
- Conduct market research to inform the product roadmap:
- Identify internal Group solutions and foster exchanges between product teams
 
- Benchmark market solutions to effectively assess the platform’s relevance
 
 
Communication
- Strengthen Branding & Visual Identity
- Create a cohesive brand: logo, color scheme, taglines
 
- Promote a consistent visual identity across all materials to build recognition
 
- Create a Product Website to group all resources : intro, guides, FAQs, news…
 
 
- Set up multichannel communication and planned content management:
- Leverage internal social networks for updates, polls, etc…
 
- Manage a monthly product newsletter with new features, success stories….
 
- Maintain a product news blog with full-length content
 
 
- Establish continuous user interaction
- Community Management: prepare meetings and client workshops
 
- Coordinate Improvement Requests : feature voting, client exchanges
 
- Propose new modes of engagements with users to increase satisfaction
