Intern – e-learning module design & continuous improvement (f/m)

Description

As part of the OPEX team, the e-Learning Design Intern will be responsible for creating and deploying digital training modules that promote a culture of Continuous Improvement within the company.


This internship offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, use Articulate 360 to transform technical content into engaging e-learning modules, and actively contribute to the Operational Excellence culture at Saint-Gobain.


Your main tasks will include:


E-learning design and development:



  • Design and develop digital training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).

  • Collaborate with OPEX experts to translate concepts into interactive and accessible learning experiences.

  • Create storyboards, visual elements, and animations to enhance learner engagement.

  • Ensure quality, consistency, and coherence across all e-learning content.


Project management and deployment:



  • Manage the deployment of e-learning modules on the LMS platform (Cornerstone).

  • Collect user feedback and suggest continuous improvements to enhance training effectiveness.


Continuous improvement and creativity:



  • Contribute to the evolution of the digital learning offer and the learner experience.

  • Explore new formats and digital learning trends to make training more engaging and effective.
