The Opportunity

As a Business Engineer within our Processing & Financial Institutions division, you will play a pivotal role in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure that our flagship Front-Office solutions deployed on the French market meet and exceed expectations. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of an agile delivery process, contributing to innovative payment technologies and shaping the evolution of financial services across Europe. You will operate in an international environment, collaborating across cross-functional teams, while having a direct impact on product delivery and continuous improvement

Day-to-Day Responsabilities

• You develop and formalize detailed business requirements for payment solutions

• You review and actively participate in refinement rituals with business stakeholders, customers, and development teams

• You build comprehensive functional specifications that translate business needs into technical requirements

• You execute and facilitate communication between business and technical teams

• You lead and contribute to continuous improvement of our product delivery processes

• You coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain and develop our payment offers

• You actively participate in test phases and follow up on product/instance requests and reported issues

Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• You can quickly understand business needs and translate them into clear technical solutions

• You have technical knowledge of IT systems and software development processes and challenges

• You are able to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in international teams

• You are motivated and passionate about payment technologies and continuous product improvement

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

• You master written and spoken English to collaborate in an international environment

• Preferred qualification : understanding of C++, SQL, UNIX, Agile, PCI DSS, and prior experience in the payment industry
