Your responsibilities?
Reporting to the Content Factory Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Product Information Management platform (Salsify), ensuring its governance, data quality, rollout and adoption.
You will play a central role in aligning cross-functional teams (Global marketing, local marketing, IT, DAM) to optimize the management and use of product data, and evolve the data model to meet the changing needs of the business in terms of partnership and communication channels.
Governance & Integrity of the Core Model
* Ensure the consistency and sustainability of the data model.
* Define, document and enforce best practices for contribution (guides, training) to avoid duplicates, bad formats or unnecessary properties.
* Work with the DAM admin (Widen/Acquia) to validate asset-product associations, manage expirations and updates.
* Propose continuous improvements, in collaboration with the Content team, to optimize the quality of product pages.
Change management & communication
* Promote the value of product data quality and the effectiveness of the operating model to Marketing teams.
* Measure and share usage KPIs (active contributors, completeness, workflow efficiency) to drive continuous improvement.
* Engage a global community of PIM contributors (workshops, sharing best practices, regular updates).
* Clearly communicate any system or process changes to stakeholders to ensure their alignment.
International deployments
* Design comprehensive roll-out plans (planning, RACI, training) aligned with DAM and website CMS migration plans.
* Gather the needs of the subsidiaries, adapt the Core Model if necessary and ensure local adoption.
* Plan and lead training sessions and provide post-launch support.
Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
* Prioritize, with the IT department, new integrations (e-retailers, marketplaces…) and developments related to the Virbac ecosystem (Ibexa, BigCommerce).
* Update the data model and workflows to meet emerging business needs.
* Define and monitor the functional optimization roadmap for the PIM.
Administration & support
* Manage roles, rights and access policies for headquarters/subsidiaries in accordance with governance.
* Control the completion of attributes, workflow performance and content readiness.
* Monitor synchronization flows, resolve incidents with the IT department or the publisher.
* Be the main point of contact for technical support and escalations.

Your profile?
Qualifications and experience
* Profile in Digital, marketing, information management, or a related field.
* 3 to 5+ years of experience in PIM, preferably in a large international company.
* Practical experience with Salsify (or similar PIM systems like Akeneo) and DAM solutions (Widen, Acquia or equivalent).
* Knowledge of 3rd party integration systems such as CMS (Ibexa) and ecommerce platforms (BigCommerce) is highly valued.
* Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional and global projects (planning, training, change management).
* Solid understanding of data governance principles, taxonomy design, and metadata management.
* Very good level of English (working language)

* Change management: Experience in promoting user adoption, training, and maintaining engagement in new processes or tools.
* Technical aptitude: Comfortable navigating PIM and DAM systems, with a good grasp of data flows and integrations.
