This is a pivotal role in the concrete & cement central teams focussing on streamlined & consistent methods to track & deliver business performance, analysis, market trends & insights & driving communication tools for new product launches.

Revenue & margin reporting, analysis & data reliability (SCC)
Responsible for revenue and margin reporting and analysis across concrete and cement activities, both separately and at group level (SCC). Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across systems, while maintaining customer and product hierarchies. Supports the design of dashboards, databases, and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) and works with finance teams to identify and resolve data gaps.
Market Insights & Marketing Plans
Collects and consolidates construction and cement market insights to identify key trends and market dynamics. Supports strategic planning by developing structured templates and frameworks for subsidiaries to assess competition and define annual market strategies.
Marketing Communications
Supports product launches and marketing campaigns in coordination with central teams (internal/external communications, digital content, social media, brochures). Ensures alignment of marketing materials across subsidiaries and contributes to the deployment of sales and digital tools to support business growth and brand consistency.
